Keep the information useful
Describe accessible rooms and any planned renovation or insulation work. Include an insurer or purchase deadline when relevant, without assuming that a particular completion date is available. Photos without disturbance
Photographs are useful when they can be taken from a normal safe position. Do not remove electrical covers, pull insulation aside, touch conductors or cut abandoned-looking material to prepare. A photograph can provide context, but it cannot establish every concealed circuit or whether a conductor is energized.
